This fully equipped Hotel-inspired estate was awarded LEED platinum certification for excellence in sustainability and energy proficiency. Materials were used in well-defined planes and vertical forms juxtaposed against horizontal elements for a dramatic effect. Large expanses of floor to ceiling glass provided impressive views and introduced natural light deep into the interior. A neutral color palette balances the relationship between interior and exterior architecture and the site.
