This pied-a-terre with midcentury-modern influences delivered on our clients dream for a fashionable weekend getaway escape. Playful pops of gold and black give a bold impression throughout, while modern geometric patterns elevate the drama. Space planning this home carried significant importance to successfully delineate the open space into well designed zones. Using the unique architecture as a guide instead of a hurdle, we created a suitable layout and interior architectural details that embraced the low sloping roof lines. We completed this look with walnut cabinetry, faux concrete countertops, encaustic tiles, and edited décor.
